Easy Returns

Harlom offers you, our valued customer, total satisfaction with every item you purchase from If you are not satisfied with the item you have purchased, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

This does NOT include shipping, handling, or any customization charges that may have been assessed.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. Items soiled with make up, dirt, food, tanning products etc will not be accepted.
  • Merchandise must have all tags, including any Harlom hangtags, attached.
  • Any merchandise on sale cannot be returned.
  • The item must be returned in new and unused condition.
  • Request a Return Authority (RA) number via ph: 0293313765
  • Return product. Write the RA number on packaging.
  • Return shipping freight charges are your responsibility. Please use a carrier that offers tracking capabilities, and keep a copy of the tracking number(s) for your records.
  • Refunds will be credited to the credit card that was used at the time initial order. Once we receive the returned merchandise, please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

Sale Items

Any items in our sale section are non refundable and cannot be returned. No further discounts e.g discount/promo codes apply to sale items.
